Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payment is handled for orders placed through Ambbe, operated by 1016 RUTLAND STREET, LLC.

1. Payment Methods

Available payment methods appear at checkout and may include major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other Shopify-supported options. Availability may depend on customer location, device, browser, and payment provider settings.

2. Currency

All prices and checkout totals are displayed and processed in USD. Customers in Singapore should review the final checkout amount before payment. Banks or card issuers may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.

3. Authorization

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. A pending authorization may appear before the charge is captured or settled. If payment fails, remains pending, or is declined, the order may not proceed to fulfillment.

4. Security

Payments are processed through secure Shopify checkout and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or payment authentication credentials on the website.

5. Billing Review and Fraud Screening

Customers should provide accurate billing and contact information. Orders may be delayed, canceled, limited, or refunded if payment details cannot be verified or fraud review identifies unusual activity.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments or the provider used at checkout. Posting times vary by bank, card issuer, and payment method.

7. Taxes and Duties

Taxes, duties, or other charges displayed at checkout are based on store settings and available order information. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order total before payment.
