This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Ambbe, operated by 1016 RUTLAND STREET, LLC. It covers ceramic planters, saucers, hanging planter sets, and related plant display items sold through this store.
1. Return Basics
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from delivery.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the requested replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
2. Eligibility for Ceramic Items
Returned items should be unused, clean, and in the same condition received, with original packaging and included components such as saucers or hanging cords. Items with soil residue, water staining, chips from use, missing saucers, altered drainage holes, or signs of plant use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by applicable law.
3. Broken, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives broken, chipped, missing a piece, or different from the order, contact care@ambbe.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number plus photos of the item, shipping box, label, and packing material so the issue can be reviewed.
4. Starting a Return
- Email care@ambbe.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack ceramic items securely with protective material to reduce transit damage.

5. Return Label and Fees
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
6. Refund Review
After a return is received, the item is inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission; card issuers or banks may take additional time to post the credit.
7. Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on inventory for the requested color, size, or set. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery.
