This Shipping Policy explains how 1016 RUTLAND STREET, LLC handles orders placed through Ambbe. The store is set up for customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.

1. Processing Schedule

  • Order cut off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
  • Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment authorization.
  • Fulfillment is handled Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
  • Ceramic planters may require package checks for color, saucer inclusion, and protective packing before dispatch.

2. Shipping Area and Delivery Estimate

  • Standard shipping is available for eligible delivery addresses in Singapore.
  • Estimated transit time is 7-13 business days after carrier pickup.
  • Shipments are handed to carriers Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
  • Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-16 business days, including processing and transit.

3. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is provided at 0 USD for eligible orders shipped to Singapore. Any available shipping method and cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Tracking, Split Parcels, and Delays

Tracking information may be sent after the parcel is accepted by the carrier. Orders with multiple ceramic planters may ship in separate parcels to reduce breakage risk or because of carrier routing. Tracking updates may be delayed during customs review, local holidays, severe weather, or carrier congestion.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers should provide a complete shipping address, including unit, building, postal code, and phone number where required. If an address is incomplete or outside available service coverage, we may contact the customer before shipment.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

If a planter arrives broken, the package appears damaged, or tracking has not moved after the expected window, contact care@ambbe.shop with the order number and photos of the box, label, packing material, and item condition.
